On every plan, our network protection also stops one server address sending more than 300 calls a minute. Calls from your users' browsers come from many addresses, so it only matters if all your calls come from one server. On Pro, tell us and we will look at it with you. Existing keys keep the limits shown on your dashboard until you move to a plan.
OneBhakthi does not charge unfairly. This is our promise, and it is also in the Terms.
No surprise bills.
Nothing is ever charged unless you choose a paid plan yourself. There are no overage charges either: when you reach your daily limit, calls pause until it resets at midnight UK time, and nobody is billed extra.
You always know where you stand.
Every response tells you how many calls you have left, and your dashboard shows the day's use.
Fair notice.
At least 30 days' notice, by email, before anything about a plan or its price changes. That includes the Free plan.
Easy to leave.
Cancel whenever you like. Your key goes back to the Free plan and keeps working.
Refunds when we get it wrong.
A charge that was our mistake is refunded. Calls that fail on our side are never counted against your limit.
Yes. No card, no catch. It is for personal projects, temples and community groups, students, and anyone trying things out.
No. If your product earns money from sales, subscriptions, advertising or sponsorship, or you use it for a business, please choose Plus or Pro. A temple or community group that only collects donations counts as non-commercial. If you are not sure, ask us and we will answer fairly.
Calls get a 429 answer with a Retry-After header, and work again after midnight UK time. Nothing is charged.
Paid plans are in early access. Email us, or use Ask on your dashboard. We agree the plan and the price with you in writing, and then we switch your key over. You are not charged before that.
Every request that reaches us counts as one, whatever it returns, except failures on our side (5xx), which are given back. Asking for Tamil and English together is still one call.
Yes, up to 5 active keys per person, for example one for each app. Please do not make extra keys to get round a limit.
Yes: poojas and festivals are next. They will work with the same key. Some of our original content may be only in paid plans, and we will say so before it launches.
Anything else? Email onebhakthiuk@gmail.com. Already have a key? Open your dashboard, or see the limits in the docs. Headers such as X-RateLimit-Remaining show where you stand on every call.
